3833649 - Statutory Reporting tasks not found in Run Statutory Reports

Can't find the statutory reporting tasks when searching for the a report in the Run Statutory reports app.
"No results found. Try changing your filter criteria."

1. Open the Run Statutory Reports app.
2. Filter by the report.
3. Click Go.
4. Observe the message: "No results found. Try changing your filter criteria."

Ad hoc reports do not have a fixed periodicity, the reporting tasks or entry points are not generated automatically for ad hoc reports in the Run Statutory Reports app. For ad hoc reports, you can create your own reporting tasks using the Create Ad-hoc Reporting Task option in the Run Statutory Reports as and when required. 

To create your own reporting tasks in the Run Statutory Reports, perform the steps given below:

1. Choose Create to add ad hoc reporting tasks.
   The Create Ad-hoc Reporting Task dialog box appears.
2. The Report Name and Reporting Entity fields are auto-populated based on the selections made on the reporting dashboard. If not, you can also select the report name and reporting entity for which you want to generate the ad-hoc tasks. Note, that only the report categories and reporting entities that are marked as ad hoc, are available for selection using the search help.
3. Choose a due date and reporting period for the reporting task.
   The reporting period starting year is always used as the default reporting year. If the reporting period spans across many years, for example from 2019 to 2022, the year 2019 is picked as the default Reporting Year. You can also use the value help (F4) to choose the required reporting year from 2019 to 2022.
4. Choose OK.
   Ad hoc reporting tasks get generated based on the reporting period. Note, that you can delete your reporting tasks using the Delete option in the Actions column. However, you cannot delete a reporting task if any of the reporting runs are accepted by the authority.
