3833743 - Cannot delete Custom Business Object with generated UI when artifacts are locked on a transport request

• A business object was created using Custom Business Objects (CBO) app, and was assigned to a transport request (TR) using Register Extensions for Transport app.
  
  
• When deleting the business object from the CBO app, the object has status "Deletion Failed", and an error message pops up:
  • "Business object with status Deletion Failed cannot be published."
    
    
• Transaction SLG1 shows an error log with details:

  • "Internal error. Please report an incident.

    Business object ZZ1_*** could not be deleted."

• Transaction SE01 shows the TR still contains the CBO ZZ1_***. However, the business object and the TR no longer appear in Register Extensions for Transport and Configure Software Package apps. So you cannot unassign the object from the TR, it remains locked in the TR and hence cannot be deleted.
