1460317 - OutlooksoftSendGovernor サービスが起動しない - BPC 7.0 MS

Symptom

BPC ホームページにアクセスすることができず、エラー "オブジェクト変数または With ブロック変数が設定されていません。" が発生します。

サーバマネージャで 'サーバ診断' を実行すると、OutlooksoftSendGovernor サーバが起動していないことを知らせるエラーメッセージが発生し、SendGovernor サービスをマニュアルで起動できません。
