2359559 - Forward to Requisitions Error: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')" - Recruiting Management

• When trying to forward a candidate to a job requisition, an error is displayed:
• errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisitions.
2. Open any candidate application on the job requisition.
3. Select 'Forward to Requisitions from the action menu.
4. Get the following error: errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')

The "Enhanced Job Search UI" feature is not enabled in the provisioning.

To enable this feature, contact your implementation partner or professional services team if you do not have access to Provisioning.

1. Go to Provisioning > Company Settigs.
2. Enable "Enhanced Job Search UI".
3. Save the changes.
