SAP Successfactors Recruiting Posting

Recruiting Posting text editor does not take into account some of the formatting options, like the color for instance. The system will only take into account the basic HTML formatting tags, as the bold, italic, underlined tags. This is a deliberate choice, in order to keep as much room as possible for the text itself, knowing that most of the job boards has a text size limitation.
As a reminder, the job size limitation is not decided by Recruiting Posting but by the job boards themselves.

Also, please consider that the HTML formatting that you will use in your RCM Job Requisition will be transmitted to the Recruiting Posting system. This formatting is invisible to the eye but will count as a number of characters in the Recruiting Posting text editor.
