1. Navigate to Recruiting
2. Open any Job Requisition
3. Check empty fields are highlighted in red before save/edit the Job Requisition detail page

This is a known limitation

The Job requisition page currently has a known limitation when validating some empty fields, the validation happens before saving the form. 

Our engineering and product teams are aware of this limitation and they are working to enhance the whole page and provide a better user experience. We do not have a target date to release the changes, if you want to follow up on this topic, you can provide the code RCM-124571 to any of your account representatives to check the current status of this internal task.
