Can we restrict candidates being moved to Ready to hire status without completing-offer-approval
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Currently even without valid offer approval the candidate can be moved to ready o hire status.
There is no validation to check if the offer approval is completed before moving the candidates to Ready to Hire status.
