3454463 - How to change the User Source System for users from "Learning" to "SuccessFactors Platform"

The admin identified that the User Source System field is set as "Learning" for an integrated User, and would like to change it to "SuccessFactors Platform".

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Learning Administration >
2. People > 
3. Users >
4. Search for the users >
5. Click on Field Chooser and enter the column "User Source System".

Procedure: Use the user import tool to change user source system to Learning:

1. Learning Administration >
2. System Administration >
3. System Management Tools >
4. Import Data >
5. Download the template for Entity Type “User” and populate the template with the user that you wish to convert the User Source System. Note that the User Source System will not appear as an available column in the template as this will be set when you import.
   
   
6. Back in the Import Data menu, select the following options:

7. 1. Action: Select Import Data

   2. Entity Type: Select User

   3. Import Option: Select Correct User Source System

   4. User Source System: Select SuccessFactors Platform

8. Click Submit.

Use the User Search to verify that the user source systems have been updated correctly.
