3457836 - Program Agenda Section showing duration for users, although the admin set that section as "No Duration"

On the admin side, the agenda section shows "No duration", but the users see the program period when accessing the course details from the learning plan.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. As an Admin, navigate to the Program Agenda and Section >
2. On the Field "Change the duration of this section", select "No Duration" >
3. Save the changes and assign the program to the users >
   
   
   
   
4. As the user, access that Program to check the Agenda Section details >
5. Note that the system is showing a duration period for that section to be completed.
   
   

The admin set "No Duration" in the agenda section, but set the Start and End date at program level.

This is the expected behavior. Upon agenda section creation, the admin can set the duration of sections created. In the number box, it is set the number of days or weeks that users should have to complete the section. If "No Duration" is selected, if no no number is provided, the admin is basically saying that the users does not have a time limit to complete that section of the program.

On the other hand, the program itself has a Start and End date set. For example, from 03/12/2024 08:00 AM ~ 12/31/2024 12:00 PM.

So, although the users does not have a time limit specific for that agenda section, they still have to complete that program within a period of time. This is why when the user is accessing that program's details, they see the period of time "03/12/2024 08:00 AM ~ 12/31/2024 12:00 PM" in the section, which is exactly the same period specified in the program start and end dates.

So, the admin will "No duration", in the Admin menus, because the Admin have control of these agenda configurations. But the user needs to know the time period in which he/she has to complete that progra
