3497008 - Application Error Occurs When Candidate Corrects Personal Data

Symptom

Getting an Application Error when candidate makes correction in PDC step

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Log in as Onboardee and complete PDC/ADC
Proxy as Data Review step assignee and open candidate from the tile "Data review"
Go through all the data and click on "Request correction"
Log into the instance as Onboardee that needs to correct data
Open "Personal Data" page and go through the data. Make correction where needed.
Try to submit, you will receive an error similar to " An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=****, timestamp=****, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring. "

Resolution

As per the Standard product design, we don't have any feasibility to collect custom MDF object data, only standard.
