3501761 - HANA Live Connection Model Error "Error [IOLayer]: (#61) Destination host is unreachable! Error [Protocol]:" - SAP Analytics Cloud

The following error appears while trying to create a new model base on HANA on-premise Live Connection.

• IOLayer Error: Error [IOLayer]: (#61) Destination host is unreachable!
  Error [Protocol]: 
  Correlation ID: [...]

SAP Analytics Cloud Version: 2024.8.20

1. Go to SAP Analytics Cloud System.
2. From "Modeler".
3. Select "Live Data Model".
   1. SAP HANA.
   2. Choose the HANA Live Connection Created.
4. The following error appears:
   1. IOLayer Error: Error [IOLayer]: (#61) Destination host is unreachable!
      Error [Protocol]: 
      Correlation ID: [...]

• From the Live Data Connection to SAP HANA On-Premise Using a Direct Connection | SAP Help Portal, the following Prerequisite was not applied:
  • Configure cross-site cookies: SameSite Cookie Configuration for Live Data Connections | SAP Help Portal 
• The Cookies can be checked from the Network Panel as per the KBA: 3158470 - SAP Analytics Cloud Best Practice - How to analyze relevant traces to help troubleshooting issue - Live direct connection to SAP HANA on premise system. - SAP for Me 
• Searching for "Set-Cookie" from Developer tools, you can track the GetServerInfo call, and check the Response Headers "Set-Cookie:", and if it should be showing "SameSite=None" and "Secure" as attributes.

You must configure your SAP on-premise data source to issue cookies with the following attributes:

• SameSite=None
• Secure
