3509359 - Error "No message found under code 'worktech_teams_svc_admin_page_check_failed' for locale" when configuring Microsoft Teams on Success Factors

When configuring Microsoft Teams on Work Tech Configuration page the following error is displayed "No message found under code 'worktech_teams_svc_admin_page_check_failed' for locale" after trying to connect

1. Go to "Work Tech Configuration" page  
2. Click on option "Outlook and Teams for online meetings"  
3. Select a Custom App
4. Click on "Connect"  
5. The error message pops up: Validation failed due to an unexpected error. Error details: No message found under code 'worktech_teams_svc_admin_page_check_failed' for locale" 

The error message is related to secret provided in Security Center being incorrect.

• Ensure that the Client ID and Client Secret ("Value") is matching. 
• Please re-generate the secret and upon a new secret is generated, make sure to copy its "Value" (not "Secret ID")  to Security Center.
