3519494 - Locale-Specific Formats for Date in Story Report is not working

Locale specific date format is not being followed when exporting a story. 

When a user exports the data to CSV with scope as "All", date columns are exported only in US date format. However, when user select scope "point of view", the export follows format desired.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.15.6

This is an unsupported feature for current version. 

• In the current mechanism, tables are able to format the date data according to the profile settings while in view time. Besides, what the user sees during viewing time will be accurately reflected when they choose to export from point of view. This makes that the date export with point of view complies with the desired format.
• This feature of profile-based formatting is currently not available when using the 'Export - All'. The exported date data from 'Export - All' won't align with the profile settings for date format.

This is not a malfunction or bug, but simply a feature that does not support.
