3591283 - Integration Center Job Scheduled in ISC Runs in UTC Timezone

Symptom

IC Job scheduled/configured timing as "On Effective date" in ISC, but IC job triggered as per UTC time zone.

Reproducing the Issue

Goto ISC (Intelligence Service Center) and open any event
Configure Integration Center job as shown below and select Timing as "On Effective Date" as shown in below image.
If event record got effective, ISC will trigger Integration Center Job as per UTC time i.e., at 12 am UTC.

Cause

This is standard behavior as per the code. ISC will trigger IC job according to UTC time zone not server time or tenant preferred time zone.

Resolution

This is the standard behavior as per the code and it cannot be changed.

As this is an expected behavior of the Product, the only suggestion I can provide you is to submit an enhancement request via the Influence page. Once submitted, customers will have an opportunity to view and support your request with the hope that if enough support is gathered, Product Management may include this functionality within a future product release.
