No data imported during import job refresh via custom role in SAC

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.1.14 

1. Login to SAC with custom role
2. Open the model
3. Navigate to Data Management.
4. Refresh the created import job

Notice: Import job is successfully refreshed with the message '0 rows are imported' in the Data Timeline.

Import jobs will reject all records if the data lock is enabled with the default state set to locked.

• Either set the locked state to 'Restricted' and provide the required ownership for each dimension used in the data lock.
  OR
• Set the locked state to open prior to the import.
  Note: users can also change the data in the model in this time.
