3627943 - Blank Page in Provisioning After Enabling Onboarding - Onboarding

• Enable onboarding in provisioning and receive blank white page when click save feature although onboarding is enabled
• Standard Onboarding roles & groups not created after enabling
• Error message: "com.successfactors.person.api.IPersonType.setExternalCode(String)" because "personTypeEO" is null

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Follow the onboarding implementation guide Enabling Onboarding in Provisioning | SAP Help Portal
2. Activate the settings in provisioning necessary to activate onboarding
3. Click Save Feature
4. Receive Blank White Page
5. Check onboarding is enabled

• Onboarding when enabled received blank white page on save is not expected. You should be see company settings page after clicking save feature button
• Errors presented in the bankend, caused by error "com.successfactors.person.api.IPersonType.setExternalCode(String)" because "personTypeEO" is null

1. Navigate to Manage Data
2. Create New
3. PersonType
   1. externalCode: Onboardee
   2. personTypeName: Onboardee
   3. personType: Onboardee
4. Save
5. Perform odata refresh
6. Disable and re-enable onboarding
7. Missing roles & groups should be available now
