3642868 - No Preview Display for Videos uploaded via JAM Mobile

• When uploading videos to the SAP Jam platform via the mobile application, the videos do not generate a preview display. 
• The uploaded videos appear as downloadable files instead of displaying a video preview.
• The issue does not occur when uploading videos via the web version of SAP Jam.

Mobile (No Video Preview): 

Expected Behavior (with preview):

SAP Jam Mobile

1. Open the SAP Jam mobile application.

2. Upload a video file (e.g., video jam.mp4) via Action lists at the top of "Feed Updates" page. 

3. Observe that the video preview does not appear on the feed and is displayed as a downloadable file. 

4. Upload the same video via JAM Web or the "Feed Updates" widget -> Upload a Video and the video preview successfully appears. 

• The issue is caused by a compatibility problem with the current video player integrated into the SAP Jam mobile application. The video player supports only MP4 format, but the uploaded video is not processed correctly to display a preview.
• However, this is also a confirmed behavior from our Engineering team due to a limitation as they have already removed the ffmpeg support at the server side due to license issue about ~2 years ago. 

If you want a video to successfully process a video preview, ensure to use the "Feed Updates" widget or the Jam Web when uploading.
