Symptom

  • Custom field attributes in the Assignment Profile Attribute Data Audit Report (CSV) are not displaying their names. Instead, they are represented by strings such as "CustomColumnRow100", "CustomColumnRow60", and "CustomColumnRow120".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run the Assignment Profile Attribute Data Audit Report (CSV).
  2. Observe the "attributes" column in the report.
  3. Note that some fields do not display the attribute names but instead show strings such as "CustomColumnRowXYZ".

Cause

The report is designed to display the internal identifiers of custom fields (e.g., "CustomColumnRowXX") instead of their labels. This behavior is a limitation of the report's design and is not considered a defect.

Resolution

  1. Engineering team has confirmed that the behavior is expected and not a defect.
  2. If attribute labels are required in the report, consider creating a custom report using the standard report as a base.
