3740344 - Select rehire with old employment and the rehire candidate is lost – Onboarding

• During the second rehire verification in data collection, selecting “Rehire with Old Employment” causes the onboardee to disappear from the Onboarding Dashboard.
• Error logs include: 

  Error occurred while adding future manager job relationship. 

  SLJobRelationEntity.getModel()" is null.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding for onboardee
2. Rehire verification triggers select rehire with old employment & submit.
3. User not found in dashboard 

The jobRelationsInfo element is disabled in Manage Business Configuration, causing failures when the system attempted to add a future manager job relationship during the rehire process.

1. In Manage Business Configuration, enable the jobRelationsInfo element.
2. Refresh the OData metadata cache.
3. Test with a new Rehire with old employment process.
4. If there's an already affected user, the process has to be restarted via BPE Manage Process Task
5. For that, please navigate to BPE Process Monitor and within the filter use a variable of the affected candidate, such as processInitiationId=[ID of the candidate].
6. There should be an unfinished log, if you click on that an error log might pop up in the below "Jobs" section.
7. Copy the ID of the unfinished process instance
8. Navigate to BPE Manage Process Tasks, within the filter apply the process instance ID, there should be a single log.
9. Click on the log then click on restart
10. Now the candidate should be unblocked
