3476811 - Cant import Story Reports into System type CSD (Common Super Domain) - SAP Analytics Cloud Embedded in SuccessFactors

Unable to import the Story Report on system CSD (Common Super Domain).

The following error appears:

• "An error occurred while importing a Story report or reports."

• SAP Analytics Cloud Version: 2024.8.7
• SAP SuccessFactors Version: SAP SuccessFactors Version HCM Core 2405

1. Open your SuccessFactors system.
   
   
2. Navigate to "Report Center".
   
   
3. Click on "Import" and select the File recently exported from the source tenant.
   
   
4. Notice that the following error appears: "An error occurred while importing a Story report or reports."

Users that does not have proper access to the tenant will receive the error message after the import.

• "An error occurred while importing a Story report or reports."

Check the user access to the "Report Centre" area.
