3491232 - How to delete versions of back office products

Symptom

If necessary to delete only some versions of the product synced from backend, how can I delete only some versions of the product synced from backend?

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Cause

It is not possible to delete only a version of a product synced from back office/backend in CPQ .

Resolution

The best solution for this is deleting the product through a request for SAP CPQ Operations team through database.
So please reach out to CPQ Support team by raising an incident.
