3716235 - Position number missing in review new hire step during onboarding process in SAP SuccessFactors

• Once an external candidate is initiated from Recruiting Management (RCM) to Onboarding (ONB), the position number does not appear in the "Review New Hire" step under job information.

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete the Recruiting Management (RCM) process for an external candidate.
2. Initiate the onboarding process for the candidate.
3. Navigate to the onboarding dashboard.
4. Access the "Review New Hire" step under job information.
5. Observe that the position number is not populated.

• The position value is not passed from Recruiting Management (RCM) to Onboarding (ONB).

1. Verify the suit values to ensure the position is being passed correctly from Recruiting Management (RCM).
2. If the position is not passed, manually update the position in the "Review New Hire" step under job information dropdown.
3. "jobInfo.position": {"EntityRecordFieldValue": {"rawValue": "null", "localizedValue": "null", "rawObject": "null"}} ,
4. Kindly pass the position from RCM or kindly update the position in the NHDR job info drop down.
