3788102 - Error Occurs when Opening a Custom MDF Card from a Performance Form in the Latest People Profile

Symptom

  • In the latest people profile, when launching the MDF card from the performance form, an error occurs: "Looks like something went wrong - Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator." 
  • An additional error is present "Error Code: 400 - Please pass in none empty value for timeslices for draft relevant request".

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in and proxy as a user who can access the impacted performance form.
  2. Navigate to Performance
  3. Open a performance form that contains a link to a custom MDF card.
  4. Click the MDF card hyperlink and attempt to capture or edit data.
  5. Observe the error.

This is a known error.
